The mission of the Allied Health unit is to provide interdisciplinary, catalytic, and cross cutting education and training that emphasizes integration between social/ health services, and behavioral, clinical and applied sciences. The goal of the allied health unit is to train working professionals toward the delivery of safe, integrated, quality care which spans the health care continuum and improves quality of life for patients and consumers.

The TCAAH adapts the traditional systems for developing, scheduling, and delivering education and training courses so that individuals and groups in Florida and around the world, who might not otherwise have access to UF’s broad range of quality education, will be able to access education and training programs to meet their diverse learning needs.
